Your time goes back to the conversations that matter
Every week, hours disappear into questions whose answer is already written in the client policy. Coverly answers those, citing the document, and leaves you the real advisory work.
- CHF 2 per year per managed client
- No base fee
- Access only through client delegation
Serving a small client costs almost as much as serving a large one
The revenue, though, is a fraction. That is why portfolios concentrate on the larger clients, even though the rest is worth far more in aggregate.
-
Repetitive questions, always the same ones
Deductibles, deadlines, what is covered and what is not. Legitimate requests, but the answer already sits in documents the client owns.
-
Documents that are never current
Your copy and the client copy drift apart over time. Reconstructing the real picture takes calls and attachments.
-
The mandate has to justify itself
A client who cannot see the work done for them struggles to value it, and ends up looking only at the price.
-
The small client is not profitable
With traditional methods the maths does not work. Cutting the operating load on that segment is the only way to keep it, and to serve it well.
What it costs, concretely
You pay per managed client, meaning a client with an active delegation. No entry fee, no minimum, no cost for the client.
| 50 managed clients | CHF 100 per year | under CHF 9 a month |
|---|---|---|
| 200 managed clients | CHF 400 per year | about CHF 33 a month |
| 500 managed clients | CHF 1,000 per year | about CHF 83 a month |
CHF 2.00 per year per client with an active delegation, billed annually in Swiss francs. The client who delegates to you pays nothing.
Delegation, with the client consent
Broker access is not an administrative setting: it is an authorisation the client grants and can withdraw.
-
You invite the client
The client receives an invitation with a single-use, time-limited link bound to that specific broker and client pair. The email carries no policy content.
-
The client accepts
They sign in and choose what to delegate: one policy, or all of them, present and future. Acceptance completes the consent.
-
You work inside the granted scope
You see the delegated policies and, with a broad delegation, you can upload documents on the client behalf. Every action stays attributed to whoever performed it.
The client can revoke at any time. After revocation you keep the documents received while the delegation was active, as already happens in practice, but you do not see the policies added afterwards.
What you see
An aggregated view of your portfolio, strictly bounded by active delegations.
-
The portfolio at a glance
Managed clients, policies by risk category, upcoming expiries, open claims. Every figure drills down to the detail, always inside the delegation scope.
-
Who needs you, and who does not
Clients separate themselves into those who manage on their own and those who need you to step in. Your time goes where it counts.
-
Alerts that arrive early
Expiries within ninety days, renewals without a reply, open cases. They reach you before they become a problem.
-
Uploading on the client behalf
With a broad delegation you upload the documents yourself. The record shows that it was you, for that client, at that moment.
What Coverly does not do, and will not do
The boundary applies to you as well: it is the reason Coverly can sit beside your work without stepping into it.
- It intermediates no contracts and collects no premiums.
- It compares no market products and routes no offers to your clients.
- It does not advise your client: it shows what their documents say.
- It does not contact your clients on its own account.
- It shows you no client and no policy without an active delegation.
How to get broker access
The broker profile does not activate itself: Coverly enables it, because it opens the ability to invite clients and to receive delegations.
- Create a Coverly account with your professional email address.
- From the support section inside the application, request broker profile activation.
- Once enabled, the broker portal is there at your next sign-in.
Take a look at the broker portal
If you already have access, sign in. If not, create the account and request activation from the application.
Coverly is not an insurer, not a broker, not a comparison service, and gives no insurance advice.
