Your insurance, finally understandable
Upload your policies, ask your question in plain words, and get the answer with the exact clause from your own contract. Without waiting for someone to have time for you.

What is my deductible?
The deductible on your policy is CHF 500.00.
The general terms state a general deductible of CHF 1,000 per claim (art. 18). The amount stated in your policy prevails, so CHF 500.00.

A policy gets read exactly once
Then it disappears into a drawer or a mail folder, and on the day it actually matters nobody remembers what it says.
-
Forty pages of technical language
The cover is there, but written in a way nobody rereads willingly. The answers almost always sit in the general terms, the document that is rarely attached and even more rarely opened.
-
Documents scattered everywhere
Email, several insurer portals, drawers at home. At the moment you need them, finding them takes more time than you have.
-
Deadlines discovered too late
Automatic renewals and cancellation windows pass quietly. You notice once nothing can be changed any more.
-
When in doubt, you call
A simple question ends up as a message to your broker, and then a wait. Even when the answer is already there, in black and white, in your own policy.
Three steps, no forms to fill in
Coverly does the tedious part. You are left with the question.
-
Upload the documents
A phone photo, a scan or a PDF. You can upload the policy together with its general terms: that is the part holding the answers.
-
The AI reads and sorts
It recognises the insurer, the policy number, the validity dates, the premium and the deductible, and assigns the right category. No fields to type, no folders to create.
-
Ask what you want to know
Write the question the way you would say it out loud. The answer comes back in plain language, with a pointer to the document and the clause it came from.
Every answer cites your policy
Coverly does not tell you what a policy like yours "usually" covers. It reads yours, and shows you where the answer came from. If something is not in your documents, it says so instead of inventing it.

- Do I have legal protection, and up to what amount?
- Is my luggage covered when I travel?

What Coverly does, and what it does not
We would rather say it upfront. The boundary is part of the product, not a footnote at the bottom of the page.
Coverly does this
- Keeps your policies and their general terms in order, in one place.
- Answers your questions, citing the document and the clause.
- Tells you explicitly when the answer is not in your documents.
- Warns you ahead of expiry dates and cancellation windows.
- Walks you through reporting a claim, step by step.
Coverly does not do this
- It does not sell policies and does not collect premiums.
- It does not compare market products and does not route offers to you.
- It does not tell you which insurance is worth buying: that would be advice.
- It does not answer from general knowledge found online.
- It does not show your documents to anyone you have not authorised.
Your documents stay yours
Insurance runs on trust, and trust is built on precise rules, not on general promises.
-
Your broker sees only what you delegate
A broker gets access through an explicit delegation that you grant and can revoke. The unit of authorisation is the individual policy, not the person: you can work with several brokers and give each of them a different part.
-
Data hosted in Switzerland
Documents and data sit on infrastructure located in Switzerland (Azure, Switzerland North region).
-
Separation enforced on the server
Data separation is not an effect of the interface. Every request is checked on the server, policy by policy, before anything is returned.
-
Every access leaves a trace
Operations on documents and accesses are recorded, distinguishing what you do from what a broker does on your behalf.
If you distribute insurance, Coverly works for you
Every week, hours go into answering questions whose answer is already in the client policy. Coverly answers those, and leaves you the conversations that actually matter.
- Clients find the simple answers themselves, around the clock.
- You see only the clients and policies you hold an active delegation for.
- The cost scales with the clients you genuinely serve.
Transparent, in francs, no surprises
If you arrive through your broker, Coverly is free for you. If you choose to use it on your own, it is an annual subscription.

Frequently asked questions
The short answers. The long ones live on their own page.
Who can see my documents?
Only you, and the brokers you have granted an active delegation to. A delegation covers a single policy or all of them, and can be revoked at any time.
Can the AI be wrong?
It can, as with any automated system. That is why every answer names the document and the clause it came from: you can verify in a second. And when the information is not in your documents, Coverly says so instead of improvising.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Coverly runs in the browser, on your phone and on your computer, and can be added to the home screen like a regular app.
Which languages does it work in?
The interface is available in Italian, German, French and English. You can ask in one language even if the policy is written in another.
Start with one policy
One is enough to see how it works. The rest can follow whenever you want.
Coverly is not an insurer, not a broker, not a comparison service, and gives no insurance advice.
